Relics (This Too Shall Pass)

Relics is a series inspired by archeological remains and the everyday objects the earth conceals. Made from paint excavated from older works, they allude to the remnants that stand as evidence of societies and lives past — a reminder of impermanence. The configurations of these pieces are variable, in this instance I adopted the presentation methods one might find in a natural history or historical museum.
